[Madness Dodgeball]

irony just kicked me in my mouth

wow, the one day, in a million years that i finally went back to the good ol' portal, i see a dodgeball madness toon. about a month ago i was working on a dodgeball toon in a bunch of diff. styles and one of the styles was madness. talk about weird. ill probably never finish it tho. niec job on the toon.

not all that impressed

i dont really like ur style, reminds me of a bad ren and stimpy. and i like that show. too bad i didnt like this one. ur graphics were pretty good and so was ur animation but overall i didnt really enjoy this toon.

ok, i hope ull reply to this review, (btw it was pretty good for a fan flick) did u draw the madness charcters and stuf flike that urself or did u get some kind of sprite thing? if so, where? thnx a bunch

I did, I spent one hour copying those damned sprites, and AFTER I did it did I remember that there were pictures available and I was like, CRAP, I did all that work for nothing, but yes I did make the characters. The only thing I did not make was the jesus hat and goatee, the sherrifs hat, and the background.

i love claymation

but im sorry to say i dont like this one. im not trying to blam this cuz its clay, trust me. the animation was choppy and the use of flash drawings in it was pretty bad to. but im not trying to put u down here. try working on smoother animation, try 30 FPS. thats a pretty good rate. and dont use flash drawings in it unless ur going to give it ur best. try making the next one a little longer too, claymation doesnt take that long, even when its 30 FPS. have fun on the next one.

... okay. btw, your average tv runs at 24fps, I dont think 30 fps is humane unless it's a movie full of tweens. and the flash animation combined had to be done. clay doesnt bleed. and it would be impossible for the clayman to hold a match with a live flame, it would burn down all the time...
